Happy fall break! I know alot of you are planners so I wanted to remind you of some upcoming dates in October. Tuesday, Oct. 1 Dictionary Day (3rd-5th grade Vocabulary Parade) Wednesday, Oct. 18 Unity Day - Wear Orange Friday, Oct. 20 - Custodian Appreciation Day (We have the absolute best!) Tuesday, Oct. 24- 8 am Coffee and Communication w/Principal Oct. 30-Nov. 3 Red Ribbon Week which includes: Jersey Day, Wear your favorite Band t-shirt, Wear Red & hearts, Wear boots, Wear a CES shirt

Parents, Thursday, we will sell concessions for $1 with a max purchase of $2. All proceeds will go to the Wiggin Out Fundraiser for Lincoln Parish Schools to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. 4th & 5th Grade Girls' Basketball Tryouts will be next Friday, September 29 4:00-5:00. Girls will stay after carline ends. Please wear tennis shoes and appropriate clothes. Boys' tryouts will be the following week. More information will come.

PreK and 1st grade parents: Today your classes are having something in the classroom for grandparents and then if they would like they can take their grandchild to the book fair. This is totally optional. We are opening the carline gate on Arena Road, to help with parking. Please let them know there is paring on Arena Road carline and they need to come to the office for a Visitor's badge before going to the classrooms.
